How do I know the product is a genuine Wookid & Wyld product?
You can currently only buy our products through our website. If you have purchased the product through our website then we can guarantee the product is genuine. If you have purchased the product through a third party then we cannot guarantee the source or authenticity of the product.
How can I be sure that your products are sustainable?
We have chosen to only with partners who share our core values for sustainability and ecology. Please visit our sustainability page for more information
Are your clothes Vegan friendly?
Yes, none of the products we use source are harmful to or contain any type of animal product and all the inks used are water based with no chemicals that could be harmful to environment. For peace of mind our suppliers are approved by OEKO-TEX®.
How long will my product last?
Whilst we cannot guarantee how long your product will last, which also depends on how well you take of it. We have carefully selected products that are built to last. We are confident that as long as you take care of the product, you will be benefit from it for a long time.
Orders & Payments
All our products have full details in their description and sizing charts are available, so hopefully, you can’t get it wrong. But in the event that you do and you wish to cancel or amend your order, you need to inform us no later than midday on the day following your order. If you inform us later than this, we may not be able to cancel or amend your order in time. If you inform us after this date, we may need to let your order complete and you would need to follow our returns process.
Unfortunately, at this time our helpers are afraid of the phone, something to do with dark magic… so, all orders must be made through our online store.
Can I pay by Credit Card?
Yes, we have built in a number of ways on which you can pay for your orders, which also includes Google and Apple pay. When you are at the checkout, you will guided on the various methods which you can use.
Do you accept Cryptocurrency
No, due the nature and volatility of cryptocurrency, we have decided to not accept this at this time.
Can I pay with Instalments?
Currently no, you will need to pay in full at the checkout for your items.
Once you have completed your transaction, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email you provided. If you haven't received an order confirmation email, please Contact our customer service. We always recommend you check the status of your order by visiting Order Tracking: enter your order reference number and your email address and submit your request.
Delivery Of Goodies
You can click Here and enter your Order ID and the email you used for your order or if you are a registered user you can go to your Order History under My Account.

It can take the carrier between 24-48 hours to update the tracking information in their system after you have received the shipping confirmation email. If you click on your tracking number and there is no information available, please check back later.
Each product is specially made upon your order. You will endeavour for you to receive your items within 15 working days for UK deliveries, an up to 30 working days for rest the world, depending on demand. However, these timeframes are not guaranteed.
Yes, our team do have the ability to send products anywhere on the planet. International parcels are sent either through Royal Mail or DPD depending on the shipping method selected. Please note our items are shipped from the UK and you may be liable for additional customs charges and/or taxes.
The packaging for different products is varied, but eco-friendly where possible. Clothing is folded into a biodegradable paper bag, larger orders may ship in cardboard boxes.
