RETURNS, REFUNDS, LEGAL GUARANTEES AND WARRENTY POLICIES
Well, I must say, if your reading this page, then you must be considering the return of your items. This is very sad news indeed and we are sorry to hear that the product you ordered is not quite right. We have taken the necessary steps to give you the opportunity to return your Items and receive a refund or compensation. Please read these terms which comply with the current legal requirements for the United Kingdom, which may be different from your home country if you are not in the United Kingdom.
WOOKID & WYLD RETURN AND REFUND TERMS
We will gladly accept your return within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of delivery of the Products as long they have purchased through us and you can provide evidence that you purchased it, such as a bank statement transaction or receipt.

You have 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of delivery of the Products in order inform us that you wish to return the item. From the date you inform us you have 14 days in order to return the item, if the item is being returned from outside the UK we will allow for an additional 14 days to allow for international postage. After the 14 days, we will not be legally bound to accept your return, unless the product develops a fault.

In the event that wish to return a product then they must be handled and kept with care and returned in their original state and packaging, with all original tags and labels attached. If the packaging or labels have been damaged, removed or lost, then the product will no longer classify as new and you will not be able to return the item, unless the product develops a fault. If you want to exchange the Products for a different size or colour, you will need to return the item(s) and place a new order.

Your return will be refunded once it has been received, processed and confirmed that the condition of product meets our requirements for a return. We’ll then send you an email to confirm your refund has been processed. This can take up to 5 business days after we’ve received it from the carrier. Please note that it may take 14 days to get it credited on your account.

Any refunds must be made to the original purchaser. If you are not the original purchaser, you cannot request a refund. As a matter of security we can only refund any payments to the original card that it was used to pay. In event that you do not have that card, we can only issue a credit note to be used on our store.

Please note that the packaging and postage cost of your items will be not be covered by Wookid & Wyld and that you must cover this cost yourself.

You can inform us of your returns by sending and email to returns@wookidandwyld.com In order to not delay the processing of your item, please provide as much information as possible, including your original order number.

LEGAL GUARANTEE FOR FAULTY GOODS

In addition to the above, we recognize the statutory 2-year guarantee for product faults. A product is "faulty" if received damaged or where a manufacturing or material fault occurs within 2 years of your receipt of the products. Please note that Products damaged due to wear and tear are not considered faulty.

You can return faulty Products within 2 years of your receipt of the products and get a full refund. If you have received a wrong (different than displayed on our website), faulty or damaged item you can return it within 14 days from the receipt date. Please follow the standard return process.
If the 14 days return period has expired and the item is faulty, you have 2 years from your receipt of the products to file a warranty claim.

WARRENTY
​
Wookid & Wyld products are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for  two years.
​
If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect we will either repair the product without charge, replace the product or credit the product at our discretion. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, laundering, normal wear and tear or the natural breakdown of colours and materials over extended time and use. We are currently unable to process repairs for items not covered under the terms of our warranty policy.

This warranty gives specific legal rights; it does not affect any other statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
